Discord is an app you can download on Android, Apple or PC, for communities.
Discord can provide different sections, in a time kept and organized manner, for people to view the different attractions, or smaller things Glen Rose has to offer.
Channels for both text and voice are available. Individual message, calling or group. Having different channels for different topics will keep RV sales out of lost dog feeds etc.
Ideas for different channels could be Food, Events, News, Politics, Lost Animals, Local Buy Sell Trade, Religion, Sports, and all of your favorite, the Bickering channel.
Anyone within the law is free to say what you wish in the corresponding respective channel. These efforts are not to limit anyone's opinion or speech, only redirect their concerns.
A role in discord can be assigned to an individual by a moderator, or a automated program installed on discord. Roles will help keep the discussions distributed to according interest.
Ideas for roles could be Food, Bars, Business, Elected Official's, Fire, Police, Dr., teachers, BNB and so on.
Anyone is also allowed to remain anonymous through a pseudonym, if they so chose under the base role, or any they qualify for. Privacy if chosen will be respected.

In discord, voting can be easily accomplished through an automated polling system to verify by qualified user roles.
Once off the ground, the community vote will be validated through holding a NFT that is linked to their self custody wallet on the Solana blockchain.
Having an NFT will never be required to use or see helpful content in discord.
Doing this will prevent ballet stuffing and give a smooth automated decision making process.
The method of obtaining the NFT will be a mint (initial creation of the NFT) or pre mint by the team, then listed on a secondary market.
NFT exchanges are similar to stock exchanges, but for NFT instead.
Hades, MagicEden or HyperSpace are examples of the largest ones.
